Payment & Shipping Policy

At Green Loo, we’re committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers. Below is our policy covering payments and shipping.

 

1. Payment

We do not charge any additional surcharges for card or online payments.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB
  • Bank Transfer
  • PayPal
  • Afterpay (on eligible purchases)
  • Cash (in-person only)

Full payment is required before items are shipped or collected.

 

2. Online Orders – Australia Only

Our online store is available for delivery to Australian addresses only.
If you are located outside Australia, please contact us directly to discuss your order and available freight options.

 

3. Shipping

We ship both Australia-wide, and internationally (by arrangement).

 

4. Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days of receiving payment (subject to stock availability).
If your order is urgent, please contact us to confirm availability.

 

5. Delivery Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most deliveries within Australia take 3–10 business days in transit.
International delivery times vary — please contact us for an estimate based on your destination.

 

6. Shipping Methods

We use a range of reputable couriers and Australia Post.
Shipping is calculated per order, based on the size and destination.

We offer:

  • Delivery to residential and business addresses
  • Depot delivery by request (please contact us before ordering)
  • Customer-arranged freight — we recommend obtaining insurance, as we are not responsible for damage once items leave our premises

 

7. Tracking & Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation, including tracking details and your paid tax invoice. If any questions, our team is happy to assist you.

 

8. Pick-Up Orders

When your order is ready for collection, we will notify you via email.
Pickup is available from the next business day following the email notification.

Orders will remain available for collection for 7 calendar days.
If the order is not collected within this time, it will be returned to our warehouse, and a new 3 business days period may be required for your items to be repacked and made available again (subject to stock availability).
