How it works
The Oz-e-Pod doesn’t require any underfloor clearance to be installed. The composting bin sits inside the unit, making it a great option for buildings on a slab or with not enough underfloor clearance.
Featuring 2x 58L waste containers, the Oz-e-Pod is rated at 1-2 people full-time / 2-3 people part-time use. Its capacity can be increased by simply adding extra composting bins. Each added bin increases capacity by 1 person.
No flushing is required. When a compost bin is fills up, simply move it outdoors for further composting and place the next spare bin inside the unit.
Waste turns into nutrient-rich compost that can be reused in gardens or safely disposed of.
Equipped with a convenient drain tube, the Oz-e-Pod drains off any excess liquid not evaporated to be dispersed via a gravel filled dispersal trench.
The vent system promotes optimal airflow, bringing in oxygen needed for aerobic composting. It keeps the toilet free of odours and reduces moisture.
