1. Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, here’s what you need to know:
Change of Mind Returns
You may return a product due to a change of mind if all the following conditions are met:
You contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
The item is unused, in brand-new condition, and returned in its original packaging.
The item is part of our current product range.
You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
A 10% restocking fee applies to approved change-of-mind returns. This fee helps cover the cost of inspection, repacking, restocking, and administration.
Please note: original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different product, all the same conditions apply — but the restocking fee will be waived.
Returning Items
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
- To help us process your return smoothly, please contact us first to receive return authorisation before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the outcome:
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If the item is not in original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
3. Haven’t Received Your Refund?
If you’ve been notified that your refund is approved but haven’t seen it yet:
Double-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card provider, PayPal, or Afterpay — processing times may vary.
If it’s still not resolved, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
4. Return Address & Responsibility
All returns must be clearly labelled so we can identify your order.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Always use tracked shipping.
